Crane’s management is directly responsible for quality policy formulation and for ensuring that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.

Crane’s management is also responsible for performing periodic reviews and internal audits of the quality system to verify compliance with requirements and to insure system effectiveness and efficiency. Management has established challenging objectives for each measure of quality performance and conducts monthly reviews of those measures to confirm that goals are being attained.

Management is responsible for defining the quality organization and for providing proper and adequate resources to accomplish those procedural requirements. Because Crane’S employees are our most important resource, job skills and quality methods training are provided at all levels of the organization.
