COMPANY (CMC) is based upon manufacturing products of the
highest quality. The goal is zero defects. CMC recognizes

incremental refinements in procedures and processes.

To accomplish the joint goals of zero defects at minimum
costs, CMC employs an approach of defect prevention rather
than defect detection.
COURTESY’s employees, the most valuable link in our
manufacturing chain, receive appropriate training in their
job related skills as well as statistical quality control
methods. These methods are an integral part of their job
duties.
